Computer knowledge:      Knowledge of Prolaw 15.1 Management Software
                                                  Microsoft Office Windows 7 Professional or greater
Zuercher/Iowa Courts online/Axon
                                                    Familiarity with electronic filing, ability to work with various multimedia.
Skills:   Typing/Keyboarding
              Excellent communication skills via phone and office traffic
              Knows legal terminology 
              Ability to multi-task                 
Responsibilities:  Serves as an Office Assistant to the Clinton County Attorney, Assistant County Attorneys, and office staff as needed. Performs clerical and secretarial tasks requiring attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to follow direction. The position requires a high level of computer skills, customer service, the ability to learn quickly, good organizational skills, and the ability to take direction then work independently.  The Office Assistant will lead by example the behaviors and work ethic becoming of Clinton County.
