Position:  Full time Clinton County Conservation Office Manager
Office:  Clinton County Conservation Grand Mound Office and travel to other Clinton County Buildings.
Education:  Minimum of an AA degree in business administration or related field plus two+ years of related experience.
Computer knowledge:    variety of common office equipment including copy and fax machines, computers, adding machines, credit card machines and be proficient in Microsoft office suit.  
Skills:   Typing/Keyboarding
              Excellent communication skills via phone and office traffic
              Record keeping/payroll
                Meeting agendas/postings/minutes
              Ability to multi-task
                  
Responsibilities:  Assist the Executive Director by performing a variety of administrative tasks in order to ensure the efficient operation of the conservation department. Manages and coordinates the business operations with responsibility for multiple fiscal functions which include budget preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and contract and grant accounting. Handles a wide variety of complex, confidential and time sensitive materials and resolves conflicts involving clerical and administrative functions of the office.
 
Must possess a valid Driver’s license
May work a nonstandard workweek.
