On-Site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Permit and Enforcement Program

The Clinton County Health Department:

  1. regulates the design, construction and installation of all private on-site treatment systems installed in Clinton County

  2. samples private on-site treatment systems

  3. provides assistance with complaints relating to sewage treatment and disposal system

*** INCLUDES ANY SYSTEM WHICH CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN STARTED
