Food Service Licenses

The Food Service Establishment Licensing and Enforcement Program:

  1. issues licenses for restaurants, taverns, temporary stands, and mobile units.
     
  2. conducts routine, unannounced inspections.
     
  3. provide information on local training for food service personnel.
     
  4. approves plans for remodeling and new establishments.
     
  5. investigates complaints about facilities.
     
  6. inspects new establishments prior to opening.
